Quick-ish Asian-ish Meatballs

I mean…the title kind of says it all. They’re not FAST but kind of quick, have an Asian flavor profile but not really Asian, and they’re meatballs. …and they’re yummy.

This meal came about because I had leftover ground pork and broccoli. Couple that with a craving for these flavors and you get me making something up. In the past couple of years, I’ve started trying to document when I make a new recipe because my husband or kids will love it and want me to make it again…but as a lot of good cooks can testify to, just because I made it doesn’t mean I remember everything I put in it. That often ends in half written recipes that either get finished at the dinner table when the experiment does in fact taste great. Or get tossed in the trash when I’m not happy with how it turned out.

This, fortunately, was well received by all and is now in the T&T binder (Tried and True).
