Campanelle with Shrimp and Spinach

This was the first time I had ever cooked with this type of pasta and all five of us loved it. The texture is great and the shape holds so much sauce! These little bells will definitely be ringing in my kitchen again. The scratched out recipe might be one of the roughest to follow.
